Camera and arms retrieved from BAT member’s dead body

The Pakistan’s barbarism against Indian soldiers has been substantiated once again. Pakistan’s Border Action Team (BAT) which killed two Indian soldiers in an ambush on Thursday had planned to mutilate the soldiers and video record the act through the camera on their headbands.

The dead body of a BAT member, who was killed in the cross fire, had a camera fitted to his headband which would have recorded the attack. Dagger was also found on the body. This is for the first time when Indian army has caught a camera from Pakistan’s BAT member’s body.

An army officer was quoted saying that this has reflected “barbaric mindset of Pakistan army”. A Knife, one AK 47 rifle, four magazines and two grenades were also retrieved from the dead body. The operation was underway at the time of writing of the story.

This was the third attack by BAT team on the Indian side of the LoC. Pakistan army men and terrorists had decapitated two Indian soldiers in Krishna Ghati area in Poonch district on May 1.

Meanwhile, two army personnel were injured in an encounter on Sunday with militants who took refuge inside the premises of the Delhi Public School near Srinagar-Jammu national highway after attacking a CRPF party in Pantha Chowk area on Saturday evening. The militants reportedly entered the school after carrying out an attack on CRPF, killing one officer and injuring another.
