APN shows the way
The Supreme Court of India Bar Association has decided to approach their counterparts in Pakistan for cooperation in getting justice to Kulbhushan Jadhav, former Indian naval officer, who is facing death sentence for his alleged espionage activities in that country.
Rupinder Suri, President of Supreme Court Bar Association, while participating in APN landmark show Legal India, said that they will definitely approach Supreme Court of Pakistan Bar Association for cooperation in getting justice to Kulbhushan Jadhav. He was responding to a query by Rajshree, MD of APN. Suri said that it was very painful that Lahore Bar Association has resolved not to allow any advocate to defend Kulbhushan Jadhav.
