Loneliness: staying at one all day long can rise the feeling of sadness and depression, so it is a must keep connected with your friends love ones and spend time with them who can keep your spirits high or take a quick walk, this can reduce the chances of yours to being depressed or feeling alone.
Weight gaining: Sitting for prolonged periods, no exercise and unhealthy dietary choices add to unwanted weight gain, which can lead to health problems. Make sure you are eating healthy food and getting at least 5 hours of exercise every week. Don’t forget to sleep for at least 7-8 hours a day.
Back pain: It is important that you sit in the correct position with your elbows at roughly 90 degrees when sitting in front of your computer. Make sure you stand up and do some stretching every hour to avoid stiffness, and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Sitting in an imbalanced position can lead to overly used and tight muscles of the neck, shoulders, arms, and lead to pain.
Insomnia: Working from home and looking at your computer screen all day long can harm your sleeping pattern which eventually leads it to insomnia, which is clearly not a healthy sign. The moment you get off work, keep your phone, laptop, and tablet away at least two hours before sleeping to let your body go into sleep mode.
Laziness: Sitting on a chair all day long and keep on typing can also harm your physical health so it’s better to take a break for 30 minutes of light workout for the perfect flow of blood in the body.
