The Sunrisers Hyderabad’s star player David Warner has given a shock to his fans with his latest comment on Instagram. The comment led to fans speculating that he might not play for Sunrisers Hyderabad team in IPL at least for this season.
Australian opener David Warner who plays for the Sunrisers Hyderabad team in the IPL, in a reply to a fan revealed that he will no longer be a part of Sunrisers Hyderabad for the remaining IPL 2021 United Arab Emirates (UAE) leg.
On Monday, Sunrisers Hyderabad had a match against Rajasthan Royals. However, Warner did not play the match as he was still in the hotel room, and was supporting the team. But, looks like his fans were missing him on the pitch, and one of the fans commented on Sunrisers Hyderabad’s post on Instagram that is Warner in the stadium? why didn’t we spot him?
To which, Warner replied and said that unfortunately he won’t be again there but people should still keep supporting the team.
Later, after the match, Sunrisers Hyderabad Coach Trevor Bayliss, in a press conference said that they can’t make the finals, so they made the decision that they want the youngsters to not just the matches, but the time at the ground and around the setup.
Bayliss further said that they have a number of players who have never been to the ground, even as reserves, so they want to give them the opportunity to come and experience a game.
Bayliss also talked about Warner and said that he was watching the game at the hotel room and was giving support to the boys just like everyone else.
