It’s a boy! Kareena Kapoor-Saif Ali Khan welcome second child

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were blessed with their second child on Sunday. Bebo was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach candy hospital on Saturday evening and delivered the child at around 8:30 AM this morning. The news was confirmed by Kareena’ father Randhir Kapoor to an online news publication. He said both the mother and the newborn were doing fine.

Following the news, congratulations started pouring in for the couple on social media. Kapoor had announced her pregnancy on social media in August. The couple issued a joint statement saying they were expecting an addition to their family. They also thanked their well-wishers for their love and support.

Kapoor was active throughout her pregnancy and completed shooting of Aamir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha. The film is set to release later this year. She also shot for various commercials during the pregnancy.

In a recent interview, Bebo had spoken about the difference in her first and second pregnancy. She said even though you have been there and done that your second pregnancy might throw a surprise at you. She said it is not always easier the second time around. She said the second pregnancy is definitely physiologically different from the first time.
