The celebration of Constitution day will take place at Parliament today. In the celebrations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Ram Nath Kovind, and other political leaders will take part. PM Modi will also address on Constitution Day. However, Congress leaders will not take part in the celebration as they are opposing the event.

Schools, colleges closed in 22 districts of Tamil Nadu over heavy rain alert
