Watch | MS Dhoni gifts signed ball to young CSK fan who left teary-eyed after CSK skipper hit winning runs against Delhi Capitals in Qualifier 1

After hitting the winning runs against Delhi Capitals in the first Qualifier of the Indian Premier League 2021 on Sunday in Dubai, the Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni gifted a signed ball to a young CSK fan who was in tears after victory.

The CSK fans and supporters flooded social media with tweets and memes after CSK skipper MS Dhoni scored winning runs in the Qualifier 1 against Delhi Capitals to confirm their place in the final of IPL 2021 that will be played on October 15.

After hitting winning runs at Tom Curran, Tweeple lauded praise at Dhoni with hashtags Dhoni finishes off in his style, MS Dhoni and Thala Dhoni which has been trending since last night.

The camera at the Dubai stadium during the Qualifier 1 captured the reactions of several fans rejoicing at the team’s win in which a couple of young CSK fans were unable to stop their tears.

Shortly after Dhoni hit a 4 at Tom Curran in the final over of the game, the camera moved to the CSK dugout, which was jumping and hugging in joy. It then moved towards the DC dugout which was quite calm and waiting for their players to come back. The camera also moved to Dhoni’s wife Sakshi and his daughter Ziva who were celebrating the CSK victory at the stands.

But the evening was made more surprising for a young CSK fan who received a signed ball by Dhoni. In the video, Dhoni is seen gifting the two kids a signed ball. Dhoni throws the ball to the two kids into the stands, making her dream come true.

In a video, which is now viral on social media, the two children are seen celebrating and fighting back tears as Dhoni hit the winning 4 against Delhi Capitals.

Fans were overjoyed after witnessing this special moment on-screen. Since being shared online, the two videos have gone viral with many lauding Dhoni’s sweet gesture towards the young fans
