The Delhi Legislative Assembly has passed a resolution asking the Ministry of Home Affairs to reverse the appointment of senior IPS officer Rakesh Asthana as the national capital's Police Commissioner saying that Asthana will be used to create a reign of terror against the party in Delhi.
