The mom-to-be Anushka Sharma gave major fitness goals as she aced a yoga pose Shirshasana (headstand) effortlessly with the help from her husband Virat Kohli.
On Tuesday, Anushka posted a throwback picture in which is snapped performing the difficult yoga pose, where Virat is seen supporting her for balance. The exercise of hands-down and legs-up, the most difficult one, she captioned the post.
Further Anushka also highlighted the importance of Yoga during pregnancy. She said yoga had been a big part of her life, and has continued the practice even after pregnancy with doctor’s recommendations. During the Shirshasana, the actor along with her husband was also under virtual supervision of her trainer, as informed by her post.
As soon as the image surfaced, her friends from the film industry were in complete awe. Preity Zinta, Rakul Preet Singh, Mouni Roy, and Zareen Khan were among few who have dropped heart emojis in the comment section.
In August, Anushka made the big announcement on social media, since then the actor frequently shares pictures from her maternity diaries.
Anushka is currently busy shooting for advertisements. The actor and her team had been taking all the precautions necessary to shoot safely during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, as mentioned by the actor in a recent interview with Times of India. She also said that she is looking forward to returning to acting after she delivers her baby.
On the film front, the actor was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. As a producer, she has bankrolled two web shows, Bulbbul and Pataal Lok for Netflix and Prime Videos respectively.
On the other hand, Virat is currently leading Team India in the ongoing Australia-India cricket series.The Indian skipper has been granted paternity leave by BCCI as Anushka’s due date is in January.
