.According to a report, over 11.3 lakh students had appeared for the entrance test for admission to medical colleges on May 7, 2017.
Last week, the Supreme Court stayed the Madras High Court’s order of May 24 restraining declaration of results, directing the CBSE to declare the results in two weeks. Earlier, the Madras HC had stayed the declaration of results after a petition claimed that the questions in regional languages were different and tougher than those in English and Hindi.
