History-sheeter Jitendra Gogi, who was known as Delhi’s most wanted gangster was shot dead at Rohini court on September 24, Friday. It is reported that 3 others were also killed in the shootout.
According to media reports, the incident took place in Rohini court number 206 where the gangster Jitendra Gogi was presented before the judge. The assailants were dressed as lawyers and they opened fire on him that led to killing him on the spot.
In the Rohini court shootout, four were killed. The Delhi Police’s Special Cell killed the two attackers who were posed as lawyers and they are believed to be from the Tillu Tajpuria gang. In the incident, one woman lawyer was also left injured. It is reported that around 35-40 rounds were fired during the incident.
According to reports, Judge Gagangdeep Singh Special Judge NDPS, who was present in courtroom 207 was hospitalised because of low blood pressure.
Gangster Jitendra Gogi was arrested in 2020 and a massive amount of arms and cartridges were recovered during his arrest. It is reported that before his arrest, a reward of Rs 4 lakh in Delhi and Rs 2 lakh in Haryana was announced on information on Gogi alone.
How the Rohini shootout took place?
On Friday, Delhi Police personnel brought history-sheeter Jitendra Gogi to produce him before a court in Rohini. Gogi was present in room number 206 when two people who were dressed in black gowns entered the room, and then they shot the gangster. It is reported that around 35-40 gunshots were fired and then later Delhi Special force killed the two assailants who were posed as lawyers.
