Bollywood’s superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his family are under scrutiny after the arrest of their eldest son Aryan Khan in a drugs case.
The Narcotics Control Bureau detained the 23-year-old on October 3 after they raided a rave party on a Mumbai-Goa cruise ship. The NCB sleuths recovered charas, cocaine, MDMA, and others.
Byju’s drops down advertisements featuring Shah Rukh Khan
A section of social media users is slamming the actor and tarnishing the image of SRK that he has built over the years. Followed by the social media bashing, the online tutoring application, Byju’s pulled down the advertisements that had its brand ambassador in them.
This action taken by Byju’s did not go well in SRK fans and tweeple along with many Bollywood celebrities came in support of Shah Rukh Khan.
Shah Rukh Khan’s lookalike Raju Rahikwar claims losing job
Now, Shah Rukh Khan’s lookalike Raju Rahikwar, who earlier went viral on social media, is losing out on work amid Aryan Khan’s arrest. In an interview with News 18, Raju said that he had two upcoming events in Jaipur that got cancelled after the SRK controversies gained momentum. He revealed that organisers told him that people are not comfortable with SRK’s current image in the media.
Raju went on and claimed that he has to pay his children’s school fees with the money he was going to earn through those events. He also mentioned that he has no complaints against the actor and he is ready to sacrifice his life for him.
Meanwhile, the bail plea of Aryan Khan and seven others will be heard shortly today. SRK’s manager Puja Dadlani has filed an application to the special NDPS court and requested to allow her in for the hearing. Lawyer Satish Maneshinde will defend Aryan Khan in the drugs case.
