Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmine Karachiwala, also known as the encyclopedia of workouts, has created a niche for herself in the fitness industry. She has recently posted a perfect leg workout video on her official Instagram handle, where she is sharing tips and tricks to get strong and toned legs.
The diva has trained many actors like Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and the list goes on.
Recently, Karachiwala has shared a video from the gym in which she can be seen doing a four-leg exercise and giving tips to get well-toned legs, sculpt the butt, abs. From box jump to wall bridge with thereloop, squat thrust, and deadlift, Yasmin suggested “25 reps x 3 sets of these exercises to feel the pump in the legs.
Box-jumping– This intense workout, also known as jumping jacks, help to tone your legs, butt, and core. Meanwhile, this workout is considered as the best exercise for legs, it is important to not lock your knees and quads as it could hurt when you land on the box. Remember to drop your hips to absorb the force.
Squat Thrust– This is a power workout for the hamstrings, the trick to do this workout is to put both the hands on the floor and be in plank position and hit the legs towards your hands and abs. This workout is also very good for those having back problems.
Deadlift– This workout is considered the master of all workouts which work on all parts of the body but more on the lower part like the back, lower back, hamstrings, quads, and glutes.
Wall bridge with thereloop– While the thereloop or the resistance band around your thighs makes the exercise harder, it tones your hips, thighs, butt, and core.
